The quality of papers is uniformly excellent, and ICCES05 will be a landmark scientific event.

We want to prevent disruption to the program due to last minute no-shows. PLEASE INFORM US IMMEDIATELY, IF YOUR PLANS HAVE CHANGED, AND IF YOU CANNOT COME TO CHENNAI.
  1. If you have not already done so, please make your hotel reservations immediately.
  2. If you have not paid your registration fees, please pay immediately. On site payments in Chennai can only be in cash or bank cheques. No credit card payments are possible.
  3. If you encounter any problems with VISAS from the India Embassy/Consulate in your country, please contact: icces05@iitm.ac.in for further assistance.
  4. For those concerned about travel to India, a few notes: All the hotels listed at this website are of world-class. All the food catered at ICCES05 is from world-class hotels and their reputable chefs. Always ask for bottled and purified water from your hotels.
  5. There will be daily sight-seeing/shopping tours for REGISTERED ACCOMPANYING PERSONS, at no additional cost. Others may join them, at a cost. Please check with the Registration Desk at the IIT.
  6. The conference venue is the IIT. Buses will take participants from various ICCES05 hotels to the IIT, at no extra-cost.
  7. For Overseas Guests: Please let Travel Mark know of your arrival schedule in Chennai. They will arrange transportation for you to the hotel where you are staying.
