ICCES'05 India

Deadline for Pre-Registration: 1 September 2005

One speaker must be designated for each paper. Due to time constraints, each participant is limited to making only ONE presentation.
-
All speakers are requested to Pre-register before the deadline, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
-
The Registration Fees for each participant is US$600 (six hundreds); the fees for each accompanying persion is US$400 (four hundreds).
This includes:
- Participation in both the Main Conference, as well as the Post-Conference workshop;
- A set of printed Conference Proceedings, or CD-ROM (participants' choice);
- Lunch during each day of the Main Conference & the Post Conference workshop;
- Two Refreshment Breaks during each day of the Conference and the Post-Conference workshop;
- Receptions & Dinners on ALL days during the Conference and the Post-Conference workshop;
- An Awards Banquet

To Register, please follow these steps:
i. Hit the "Home" button on the menu on the left side, at the first page of
the web-site.
ii. Creat your account (if you have not already done so, earlier). Then sign in , using your "User Name", & "Password"
iii.When you sign in, a new Menu page will appear. On this Menu, please hit
the "Registration" button. Choose your registration status from the pull
down menu.

Payment should be remitted by "Bank Drafts", payable in full, in US$, for overseas participants. Participants from the USA can pay by personal/ institutional checks. The Bank Drafts & checks should be made payable to 'ICES'. Please print and send the invoice with payment to:

Bank transfers and payments by credit cards are not accepted.

Onsite registration in India, for overseas participants, in any form (cash, travellers' cheques, or credit cards), is NOT accepted.
